PVCP NATURE RESORT

Haiyan, China

Center Parcs is a European network of holiday villages that was founded in the Netherlands in 1968. This project is located in northeastern Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, China. The total planning area of this themed town is about 7,000 mu, with a total construction area of approximately 3.97 million m², including Six Flags Theme Park, business zones, hotels, education and housing. In collaboration with GroupGSA our team developed the architectural concept design & schematic design of the PVCP Resort with a GFA of over 70,000 m². Main focus was a parent-child resort hotel with rich and round-the-clock indoor theme activities, which are not affected by the season and the weather and suitable to people in all ages.
