Thomas ist Gründer und Geschäftsführer von CREA. Er ist verantwortlich für die Richtung der kreativen Tätigkeiten, Kundenbeziehungen und die strategische Entwicklung des Unternehmens. Er ist seit über 20 Jahren in Deutschland, den USA und China tätig. Mit seiner reichen Erfahrung aus Stadtplanung, kommerzieller Architektur und Innenarchitektur verfügt er über umfassende betriebswirtschaftliche Erfahrung in internationalen und multikulturellen Geschäftsumfeldern.  Mit seinen ausgeprägten Designfähigkeiten und Liebe zum Detail hat er eine Reihe hochkarätiger Projekte gewonnen und realisiert.

Roland Winkler, who studied Chinese language and culture, worked for over 20 years in the field of sustainable urban development and energy efficient construction in China. He is also Founder of MUDI  Ltd. and organizer of the first ecological building exhibition in Shanghai for the city of Hamburg together with the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce Shanghai, which subsequently became the “econetchina” industry platform  2003-2013Chairman of the German Association SINOBAU, whose goal is to promote cooperation between China and Germany in the field of energy-efficient construction

Graduated from Wuhan University his focus is on Urban planning and project management. Rogy has over 20 years of experience in project design and management. His projects cover major urban centers, theme parks, high-rise office and hotel buildings, industrial parks and residential design projects throughout China.

Livio, the Creative Director of our team graduated with Master Degrees in both Construction Engineering and Architecture. After graduation he spent 7 years working in design related field in Italy, London and Shanghai. His attention lies on design quality control and client communication from concept design all the way to the end of construction. Customizing and executing strategy with a 25-people team, and simultaneously cooperating with builders, suppliers and other parties to achieve unique design layouts.

Inspired by a profound desire to improve our living environment and enhance the human experience, Osman Baig pursued a career in Architecture. He sharpened his design skills working for Disney & Universal, where his projects won multiple design awards. He has also worked for Hard Rock Cafe as a design consultant to develop their retail and cafe brand globally. His ability to develop quick design idea sketches has garnered invitations from clients to develop concepts onsite for various types of projects, such as spas, resorts, mixed use, theme parks and many other venues. While at Disney, his work received several design awards from national organizations such as NASFM, VM, and others.

Jim spent 7 years with Walt Disney Imagineering honing his skills as a senior concept designer and art directing many development projects across the Walt Disney World property. With Jim’s extensive and diverse background in fabrication and design, he assisted in leading many scenic fabrication projects for theme parks, water parks, museum exhibits, restaurants, retail, and much more. Jim is best known for his adept attention to detail and his commitment to providing the highest quality of creative design services and excellence in everything he is involved with. Jim is also a member of the Themed Entertainment Association (TEA) and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA).

Wody completed her education in France and China. She holds an MBA from a joint program of Em-Lyon Business School in France and Lingnan Institute in China. She also has a Master degree from INSEEC business school majoring in finance and marketing. Over 11 years of international business experience in multinational environments led her to specialize in finance as well as business set-up and operation. With her analytical entrepreneur spirit, Wody is in charge of our firm’s key finance functions including financial planning and analysis, cash flow planning and forecasting, reporting, and expense management.
